出生於中國，自小在基督徒家庭成長，幼年蒙恩，多年在中國大陸家庭教會事奉，2010年來美國於加州基督工人神學院接受裝備，2013年畢業，獲得道學碩士學位。2014年虞牧師加入忠愛堂牧者團隊，積極教導聖經真理，幫助會眾建造更深內在生命，激發火熱愛主的心、落實禱告生活，建造教會為社區的燈塔、為世界的光，將基督的福音傳開。
虞牧師與師母育有一子一女，於美國灣區、中國大陸等地盡心事奉，傳揚福音，領人歸主。

宣道會忠愛堂 (Peninsula Community Alliance Church) 於1996年成立於灣區聖馬刁 (San Mateo)，設有粵語、國語以及英語等事工，冀望以聖馬刁地區為核心，將福音廣傳中半島地區 (Peninsula)，為差傳宣教的服事奠定穩固的基礎。

粵語堂傳道同工
Mona 傳道在大學時期接受耶穌基督作為她生命的救主， 2003 年與家人一起開始加入宣道會忠愛堂的大家庭。2010年參加美軍OIF時被蒙召， 之後進入基督工人神學院學習， 並取得教牧碩士學位（MCM)。 2018年8月開始參與教會團隊的服侍。
Mona 傳道與孫開明弟兄（Alex) 育有兩個女可愛的女兒Coco 和Selena。 她喜愛聽音樂與歌劇、 騎馬、 射擊、 閱讀、 彈琴和唱歌。 但她更喜歡與人開懷暢談， 熱衷幫助他人、運用神所賜的恩賜去關顧那身、心靈受創的人。 在侍奉的路上， 她時常用這些金句去監察和鼓勵自己： 領人歸主； 凡事不為自己的益處， 更當竭力，在神面前得蒙喜悦，作無愧的工人！
Pastor Pinkey Tsang 傳道
傳道同工
Pinkey 傳道十二歲時從香港赴美求學。二十二歲於宣道會忠愛堂決志信主，2003年受洗，自此在忠愛堂開始事奉、成長、體會肢體相顧，並經歷上帝的呼召與供應。2011年，她首次獲選為執事，在任期間成立敬拜小組，先後擔任兒童部部長、崇拜部部長及事工組部長，多年來完成執事任期共七年。2024年，她更負責啟動並推動教會的青少年事工。
Pinkey 畢業於三藩市州立大學，主修演講和跨文化交流。畢業後曾從事人力資源行政管理工作達十年。2011年經歷手術期間被神呼召獻身事奉，隨後離開職場成為全職母親。新冠疫情期間，上帝引領她成為一位小學教師，累積教學經驗。2023年，在參加以「莊稼已熟、豈可再等」為主題的差傳年會期間，再次確認神對她全職事奉的呼召。其後，在教會推薦下，她報讀了 Alliance Center Leadership Development牧職培訓學院的神學課程，並於2024年11月獲得宣道會中太平洋區會教牧認可。Pinkey於2025年成為本堂實習傳道，並自2026年1月1日起，正式擔任助理傳道一職。
Pinkey 和丈夫曾思偉育有三子。Pinkey 的興趣包括唱歌，以及與家人朋友相聚。
路加福音 10:2 主差遣七十人，對他們說：「要收的莊稼多，做工的人少。所以，你們當求莊稼的主，打發工人出去收他的莊稼。」
Pinkey moved from Hong Kong to the United States at the age of twelve to continue her education. By God's grace, she came to know and accepted Jesus as her personal Savior at PCAC at the age of twenty-two. Following her baptism in 2003, she began a journey of spiritual growth and service within the church fellowship.
In 2011, Pinkey was appointed as a deaconess. During her seven-year tenure, she founded the church's worship team and served as the department head for the Children's, Worship, and Ministry departments. In 2024, she helped launch the church's youth ministry.
Pinkey holds a degree in Speech and Intercultural Communication from San Francisco State University. She previously worked for a decade in Human Resources and Administration. On August 1, 2011, during a surgery, she received a clear call from God to dedicate her life to ministry. She subsequently stepped away from her career to become a full-time mother. Later, guided by God, she served as an elementary school teacher, gaining valuable experience in education and mentorship.
Her call to full-time ministry was reaffirmed at the 2023 Mission Conference. Following this, PCAC recommended her to enroll in the pastoral and seminary program at the Alliance Center for Leadership Development. After receiving her accreditation from the C&MA Central Pacific District in November 2024, she began serving as an Intern Pastor in 2025 and now steps into the role of Assistant Pastor in 2026.
Pinkey is married to Stewart Tsang, and they are blessed with three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and spending quality time with her family and friends.

宣道會簡介
宣道會（Christian and Missionary Alliance，簡稱： C&MA），是在美國成立的基督教差會，由宣信博士於1887年成立。意思是「基督徒與宣教士同盟」。宣道會總部設於美國 Colorado Springs。於1888年開始，差遣傳教士到中國宣教。現活躍於美國、加拿大、中國、香港、澳洲及台灣等地。信徒分布於75個國家，會眾人數超過200萬。
